Are you someone who’s…

done talk therapy but want a therapist who does more than just nod and listen?

You’ve unpacked your childhood, connected the dots, and logically see the patterns.

But in everyday life, especially in relationships, it still sneaks up.

Like when you don’t get a text back and start questioning what you did wrong.

Or when your boss’ tone shifts and you feel 8 years old again—at work.

Or even when you accomplish something huge, but instead of celebrating, your Inner Critic points out what you didn’t do.

The shame spiral is real.

And even though you know what’s happening, you can’t stop it.

Your nervous system is on overdrive—heart racing, chest tight, stuck in fight, flight, freeze, or fawn. It’s exhausting to live in a body that doesn’t feel safe.

Maybe, spiritually, you’ve been searching too.

Not for religion, but for a deeper connection to yourself, your values, and a higher purpose.

You notice synchronicities and signs, but then overthink and question if you can trust yourself.

Deep down, you long for meaning, a way to make sense of your experiences, and to reconnect with inner peace.

You’re not just looking to vent or just rehash the past.

You want to heal, for real.
With tools that work.
With someone who truly gets it.

That’s where I come in…

Brinn Langdale, Licensed Therapist in Sacramento, CA.

Hi! I’m Brinn

As a childhood trauma survivor turned licensed therapist, I get it. I’ve been there.

I know what it’s like to feel like you’re drowning in your emotions, trapped in negative self-talk, rumination, and frustrating patterns.

With over a decade of professional experience in this field and more than 15 years on my own spiritual and healing journey, one thing I’m clear on is this:

with the right tools, support, and space, healing is possible.

That’s why I created the Wholistic Approach™️—blending science-backed techniques and holistic wisdom to support the whole you: mind, body, and spirit.

My role? To walk beside you, to challenge you with compassion, and to help you finally come home to the grounded, powerful, whole-self that’s always been inside you.

Three Pillars to the Wholistic Approach

  • Mental Health

Mental health is vital to your overall health. At Wholistic Approach Therapy, we use Parts Work to uncover where your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs come from. You’ll start to recognize the different parts of yourself, and learn how to befriend your Inner Critic, soothe your Inner Child, and strengthen your Adult-Self. This isn’t about fixing who you are, but integrating these parts with compassion and clarity, so you can move forward living the life you want.

  • Physical Health

Physical health is more than diet and exercise—it’s also about your nervous system, the control panel for your mind and body. When it’s stuck in fight, flight, freeze, or fawn, everything feels harder. Learning to regulate and soothe your nervous system is a science-backed way to reduce stress and support mental health. At Wholistic Approach Therapy, we give you the tools to calm your body in real time, so you can move from survival mode into thriver mode.

  • Spiritual Health

Spiritual health isn’t about religion—it’s about your connection to yourself, your values, and your inner peace. At Wholistic Approach Therapy, we use practices like meditation, mindfulness, and time in nature to help you reconnect with what matters most. We also use your personal astrology chart as a holistic tool for self-awareness, validation, and compassion, offering you a deeper understanding of your natural strengths and challenges, and a clearer path to acceptance and growth.
