The Three Pillars of Wholistic Approach Therapy
Brinn Langdale, Licensed Therapist in Sacramento, CA.
Hi! I’m Brinn
As a childhood trauma survivor turned licensed therapist, I get it. I’ve been there.
I know what it’s like to feel like you’re drowning in your emotions, trapped in negative self-talk, rumination, and frustrating patterns.
With over a decade of professional experience in this field and more than 15 years on my own spiritual and healing journey, one thing I’m clear on is this:
with the right tools, support, and space, healing is possible.
That’s why I created Wholistic Approach Therapy, blending science-backed techniques and holistic wisdom to support the whole you: mind, body, and spirit.
My role? To walk beside you, to challenge you with compassion, and to help you finally come home to the grounded, powerful, whole-self that’s always been inside you.

Brinn went to work right away and got to the root of the cause of all of these issues. She has taught so many tools to become more healthy and manage anxiety. Thanks to all of her feedback and advice I have been able to become a better wife, mother and overall human.”

“Brinn has a natural gift to relate to individuals. Her approach is to look at the root of an issue and find a holistic approach to mending the conflicts or challenges facing her client. Brinn was able to help me better understand aspects of my personality that have always troubled me. Identifying and beginning the work of accepting these aspects has already had a very positive impact on my self confidence."
